Slow uses Loud to run this website and their fan list. This page explains what happens with your data when you join it.
Who is responsible
Slow is responsible for the fan list (data controller). Loud (stayloud.co) stores it and sends the emails on their behalf (data processor).
What is collected
When you join: your email, city and first name. Also proof of your consent (the text you accepted, its language, the page, the date and time), and whether you open or click the emails.
What it's for
To email you about Slow's new music, shows in your city and news. Your data is never sold or used to promote other artists.
How long it's kept
Until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. After you unsubscribe, only your email is kept, so you are not emailed again.
Where it's stored
With Loud's providers: Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) in the United States, and Resend (email delivery). They are bound by data protection agreements.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to hello@stayloud.co: we answer within 15 business days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Colombia, the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio).
