Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-29

These terms are an agreement between you and Loud, the service at stayloud.co ("Loud", "we", "us"), based in Medellín, Colombia. By creating an account or using Loud you accept these terms. If you use Loud for a band, label or management company, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.

1. What Loud does

Loud builds a website and a link in bio for musical artists from their public music profiles (for example Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and YouTube), keeps them up to date with new releases, lets fans sign up to the artist's list, and lets the artist email those fans. Features depend on your plan and may change over time; we will not remove a core paid feature during a period you already paid for.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
  • Keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You may only create a site for yourself, or for an artist you are authorized to represent. Impersonating an artist is not allowed. Some features (collecting fans, sending emails, connecting a domain) require verifying that you control the artist's official accounts.
  • Anyone can report impersonation or abuse at hello@stayloud.co. We may pause or remove a site while we review a report.

3. Plans, trial and billing

  • Loud has a free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Tour). Prices and what each plan includes are shown at stayloud.co/#pricing.
  • New accounts may get a free trial of Pro. We do not ask for a card for the trial, and at the end it simply returns to the free plan unless you choose to pay.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Prices may change. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects your next renewal.
  • If you move to a lower plan, features of the higher plan stop at the end of the paid period. For example, a custom domain stops pointing to Loud (your site keeps working at its stayloud.co address), and team members lose access but are not deleted.

Payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own terms apply to your purchase.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and your fans

  • You keep all rights to your music, images, texts and any content you add. You give Loud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, adapt and display that content only to run and promote your site and link in bio (for example, showing your site in search results or share previews). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
  • Loud also displays public information about your music from third-party services. See section 6.
  • Your fans list belongs to you. When fans sign up on your site, you are responsible for that list and for how you use it; Loud processes it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time. We never sell it and never use it to market other artists.

5. Rules for emails to fans

To protect everyone's ability to reach inboxes:

  • Only email fans who signed up through Loud with consent. Do not import bought, rented or scraped lists.
  • Every email includes an unsubscribe link; do not remove or hide it.
  • Do not send spam, misleading content, or anything illegal.
  • Monthly email limits depend on your plan. If an account causes too many bounces or complaints, we may pause its emails.

6. Third-party services

Loud uses public data and tools from services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube, Wikipedia, Wikidata and MusicBrainz. Loud is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their names and logos belong to their owners. Their availability and data can change at any time, and we are not responsible for errors in their data, although we work hard to match your music correctly. Wikipedia texts are shown under their CC BY-SA license with a link to the source.

7. What you may not do

You may not use Loud to: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; impersonate others; upload malware; attack, overload or scrape the service; resell Loud without our permission; or publish content that is hateful, sexually exploits minors, or incites violence. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Loud running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings or by writing to hello@stayloud.co. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when possible. After deletion, your site goes offline and your fans list is deleted after 30 days, so you have time to export it.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Loud is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and Loud's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost fans. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover Loud against claims caused by content you publish or by your use of your fans list in breach of these terms or the law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Medellín, Colombia, unless the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to your local courts. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in Loud at least 15 days before it applies. If you keep using Loud after that, you accept the new terms.
